SESSION 1

High-Performing Leaders and Teams

The kickoff session is designed to (re) build connection and trust amongst team members and to establish commitment around the overall program and the continuous and consistent work required to successfully perform and scale as a team.

 

 

SESSION 2

DiSC + Management Profiles

The Everything DiSC Assessment and Facilitation helps with self-awareness, understanding others' communications styles, and overall productivity of teams.  

 

 

SESSION 3

Team Behavior Assessment + Cohesive Team Model

Based on Patrick Lencioni's best-selling book, the Five Dysfunctions of a Team and Facilitation takes teams on a journey through

5 key elements of high-performing teams: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.  

 

 

Team Operating Principles + User Manuals

This session is dedicated to creating and agreeing upon team Operating Principles ("the OS of the team") as well as introducing User Manuals ("the OS of the individual team members").

The wrap-up session provides a review of the program and allows for Q and A time,as well as a discussion of the ongoing integration of the work.

 

 

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

FounderForward’s Executive Team Program uses leadership assessments, group facilitation, and one-on-one coaching to drive deep professional development on an individual and team level. The program is run remotely over a 3-month period with five group sessions (90 minutes - 3 hours), accompanied by one-on-one coaching sessions with each leader. This program can also be run as an in-person program over two days.
