Our signature Best-Self Leadership Program is aimed at helping leaders and teams grow themselves alongside their high-growth businesses. This training series covers the best practices of high-performing leaders, with attendees coming away with a personal plan for peak performance, a toolkit for time, attention and energy management, a deeper understanding of self, a mental and emotional fitness routine, and a plan for growth and development.

In today’s fast-moving, ever-evolving business landscape, having an entrepreneurial mindset is crucial. This interactive talk dives into the psychology of successful leadership and explores what it truly means to have a Growth/Learner & Player Mindset. In addition, it provides actionable tools to help leaders manage their mindset and overall mental fitness.

WORKSHOP / 2-3 HRS

Make your culture a competitive advantage. The core of this workshop is the facilitation of an affinity mapping exercise to create and/or update company values. We also cover the what and why of culture, how to operationalize it, and how to avoid cracks in your culture as your company grows.

This half-day session deepens team connection and alignment and creates space for honest, human exchange. Team members share individual Superpowers and Kryptonite—along with collective team strengths and challenges—building trust through vulnerability and feedback. The experience culminates in clear individual and team commitments for how to show up more effectively moving forward.

In this workshop we dissect the 3 big things we see hold founders and leaders back from operating at peak performance: Fatigue, Focus and Fear. Takeaways include a peak performance recipe, a toolkit for getting back on offense and improving attention and energy management, a plan for increasing awareness and management of thoughts and emotions.
